With two young kids and a full time job, staying fit and meeting my running goals is not a sprint - it's a marathon.

1 Mile
Totally lame, I know, but I was running short on time, and it was either 1 mile or nothing. So I picked the mile. For what it's worth, I ran really, really fast. No easy feat after having stayed up late to watch the Oscars last night.
